Orders Related

Q: Can you place the order for me?

Answer: We can help you place your order. We need to know the following details-
  1. Product name
  2. Quantity
  3. Your full name
  4. Your detailed address
  5. PIN code
  6. Your Email ID
If cash-on-delivery option is available for your PIN code, we will select mode of payment as COD. Else, we will request you to pay the amount of your order via net banking, NEFT transfer, GooglePay/PayTm etc.

Q:I am not able to place a Cash-on-delivery order?

Answer: Zizira delivers the orders all over India, however a few PIN codes are not eligible for Cash-On-Delivery orders.

We hope these PIN codes become more accessible in future. Right now we can not help orders in these PIN codes unless you pay for them upfront.

Zizira cares a lot about delivering the products to our customers and we make sure products reach you on time. We can refund the amount if you do not receive your order.

You can pay us through netbanking, NEFT or other UPIs such as GooglePay and Paytm.

Q:Why is the cost of your products so high?

Answer: There are many reasons for our steep prices and great quality products is one of them.

Zizira sources the products from remote parts of Meghalaya from the farmers who follow traditional practices without using chemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers.

Over a few years, we have developed good relationships with ethical farmers who provide us with pure and great quality products. Our team goes to the most secluded and remote villages to source the best products for our customers.

We also get each batch of our products tested in FSSAI approved labs to make sure it is not contaminated or adulterated after processing. We go the extra mile to make sure our customers receive nothing but the authentic and pure taste of Meghalaya.

We take such efforts, so you do not have to worry about the source of your food. Thousands of our customers trust our products for the purity and quality.

Shipping Related

Q: How does Zizira ship my products?

Answer: As you know, we are in the North-eastern corner of India – which is far from most cities of India. To ensure your products reach on time, we partner with warehouses in Pune, Lucknow, Bangalore, and Gurgaon.

  • Our products are packed with care in Shillong
  • Shipped to our warehouses every 2-3 weeks (to ensure the stock is always fresh).
  • Your order is shipped by our warehouse partners through a reliable courier service. This allows us to deliver your products faster, generally within 2-3 days.

In case our products are not in the warehouses, we ship them directly from Shillong and that may take around 8-10 days to reach you

Q: I am from “xyz”, how long will it take for the order to reach me?

Answer: We have a network of courier services and all the orders across India are mostly delivered within 8-10 working days.

Q: My order was shipped from Pune/ Lucknow, is this your office?

Answer: Our office is in Shillong, Meghalaya. We have partnered with warehouse services in Lucknow and Pune to ensure faster deliveries to our customers.

From Shillong, we can send our shipments to nearest city, Guwahati only by road and it takes few days for courier companies to arrange this even though the distance between these two cities is only 100kms.

To overcome the transport obstacles, we are taking help of our trusted warehouse teams to ship to orders to you.

All the warehouses are restocked once in 2-3 weeks so you can receive the freshly packed products. 😊

Store Support

Q: I am not satisfied with my online product purchase, what should I do?

Answer: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with the product purchased, you may return the item to the store leaving everything intact as originally packaged and unused to the store address below. Items purchased should be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Further, please read about our Returns & Cancellations Policy or contact us.

Q:How can I return or exchange a defective item?

Answer: All defective items are exchangeable and must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase made within 7 working days.

Q:How can I cancel or modify an order placed online?

Answer: Unless the order has already been processed, you may cancel or modify your orders by emailing us at customercare@zizira.com.

Q:What happens in the event of expired products? Is there any plan B for such event?

Answer: Zizira takes full responsibility for every single product on its shelves and the orders that you place with us. If a product reaches you in a damaged state, please take a picture and send it to us. This will help us in understanding and learning so that you don't have to face the same situation in future. Moreover, we will also send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Out of Scope

Q:I am looking for all kinds of organic vegetables and seeds to be supplied daily to Guwahati Market.

Answer: Our current vision is to support and further the cause of Northeast India farmers by promoting the unique produce of the region. As such, we are not dealing with everyday vegetables, or seeds or fruits. Moreover, we are currently focusing only on dried products and not on perishable items.

Q:We are wholesale supplier of Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Dried Mint Leaves ,Dried Coriander Leaves,Watermelon Kernels etc. If you are having requirement of any off these commodities please revert. We are currently supplying to major spice brands of India.

Q: I have a cashewnut processing plant in guwahati. I am interested in sourcing raw cashewnut from garo hills.

Answer: We have not yet explored cashews. However, you will find that the state agriculture department will be very helpful in providing you with all the information that you need.

Q: Hello, I am interested in Turmeric with high Curcumin content. Could you please suggest me the Quality,Price/Kilo,& the best place to procure in quantity from a single place.

Answer: We currently have Zizira products on Amazon and you will find that we have also provided weight-based variations of up to 250g. We do not sell our products in bulk.

Q: Please send me total list of organic food products available with you with its wholesale prices. I am engaged in business of organic food at Aurangabad Maharashtra.

Answer: Please look up Zizira on Amazon India for a complete list of all of our products along with their prices. You will find it helpful that we have provided weight-based variation. As far as organic is concerned, our products do NOT have that certification. Instead they follow traditional farming methods which does NOT involve the use of chemical-based fertilzers and pesticides.
